What’s included in the 28 Day Challenge?
- Initial Screening (check total cholesterol, HDL, Blood glucose, body fat weight, BMI, blood pressure and measurements)
- Before and After Pictures
- Kickoff Nutrition Seminar, Nutrition Packet and 4 Week Cycle Meal Plan with Grocery List
- Commit to at least 3 workouts a week
