This is one of the most exciting times of your life, enjoy every minute of it! We know you want everything about your big day to be perfect. If you are planning to set a weight-loss, fitness or nutrition goal, our team is here for you. Our goal is to help you get into the best shape of your life for the best day of your life.

We are proud to introduce a brand new program here at CrossFit HSN, Project Wedding Ready aka PWR! Here’s what to expect: After your initial Nutrition Consultation with Nicole Aucoin, Owner and Registered Dietitian, you will complete your first of two InBody scans. Our InBody machine sends safe, low-level currents through the body, measuring your fat, muscle, and water levels in less than a minute. This will provide Nicole with the information she needs to create a comprehensive nutrition program with six weeks of meal plans specifically for you. This also gives us the opportunity to set your goals.

Next, you will complete three 1 hour long On-Ramp Sessions with Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, Marci DiLeonardo, a.k.a Your Accountability Partner. During these one on one sessions, you will become familiar with CrossFit terminology and movements. At the end of each session, you will apply what you’ve learned during a 15 to 20 minute work out. After your third session, you will be ready to jump in on group CrossFit classes! Your membership includes unlimited CrossFit classes, but we strongly recommend taking a minimum of 4 per week. Expect ongoing emails and texts meant to educate and motivate you as you journey through these six weeks.

Meal plans make good food choices easy, keep you from feeling hungry, and nourish your body with whole foods. The workouts are designed to help build muscle, burn fat and challenge you. Don’t forget about your Accountability Partner who is there to motivate you, check on you after workouts and send reminders and tips along the way. This plan is tough, but fun and if you’re willing to make this commitment before the BIG commitment, we can guarantee results.
