Instructions
  1. Bring water and quinoa to a boil
  2. Bring water and quinoa to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Drain quinoa.
  4. Stir in almonds, juice, sesame oil, salt, and onions.
  5. Sautee tofu in olive oil. Top over quinoa mix.
