Are you looking to take your teenager’s performance to the next level?
HSN Teen Strength & Conditioning Program is the perfect place for your student athlete this summer! This comprehensive program focuses on improving agility, strength, speed, adversity, functional fitness, explosiveness, nutrition, flexibility and endurance. Summer is the best time to focus on improving skills and strength which will translate into improvement in overall fitness and all sports!
This program includes CrossFit style programming and a nutrition component written by a registered dietitian. Every class is 60 minutes long and will start with a group warm up, strength component and a metabolic conditioning portion. Every athlete will receive a nutrition handbook with recommendations of balanced meals. We will educate your teen on the missing link to their performance, proper nutrition!
All athletes will have benchmark testing, biometric screening and progress tracking throughout this 6 week program. We focus on proper form and technique to ensure safety.
Classes At Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 3PM
This program is limited to 10 motivated athletes to ensure individual attention throughout the 6 weeks!
