Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 2 large cucumbers chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • .5 cup red onion chopped
  • .25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • 15 chopped black or Kalamata olives
  • 2 T olive oil
  • .5 teaspoon pepper
  • .5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge before eating
  • Enjoy
