Hummus Chicken Salad
Great lunch recipe or meal prep and it will last for the week!
- 1 lb. shredded chicken you can use a rotisserie chicken and take off the skin
- .5 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes cut tomatoes in half
- 2 tbs. sliced black olives
- 1 tbs. freshly chopped chives
