Breakfast Banana Split
This easy and delicious recipe is great as a meal or snack. Get creative with adding healthy toppings of your preference!
Servings 1 serving
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup berries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 1 tbsp low-sugar granola
Peel the banana and cut it in half
Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese on top of the banana
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of berries on the cottage cheese covered banana
Drizzle 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter of choice
Crumble 1 tbsp of granola on to and enjoy!
