Breakfast Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 118 g Banana (1 medium)
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Berries (Fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp Low-sugar granola

Instructions

  • Peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Add cottage cheese on top of the banana
  • Sprinkle berries on the cottage cheese covered banana
  • Drizzle nut or seed butter of choice
  • Crumble granola onto and enjoy!
