Casein Pudding
Great sweet snack for athletes trying to gain and helps with protein goals if you are short at the end of the day.

- 5 oz Unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- 1 Scoop Chocolate/Peanut Butter Casein
Pour 5 oz Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk into a small mixing bowl.
Place 1 scoop of casein into bowl. Hand mix with whip.
Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Pudding will thicken as it sits.
