Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder (About 25 grams of protein)
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 100 g Avocado (1/2 large, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
