Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Capuccino whey protein powder (About 25 grams of protein)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Turn on waffle maker
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well combined
  • Spray waffle maker with cooking spray and pour 1/4 of blended mix
