Berry Delicious Oats
Try this high-protein breakfast recipe!
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 scoop vegan protein (garden of life vanilla protein)
- 1 drop vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup berries
Bring water to a boil then add oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
Whisk eggs until foamy.
Once oats have absorbed most of the water, add egg whites and
whisk through for one minute.
Fold in berries.
Optional: Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut & 4 hazelnuts.
