Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes (Sliced in half)
  • 602 g Cucumber (2 medium, chopped)
  • 119 g Red pepper (1 medium, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dill chopped (Chopped)
  • 15 Black or Kalamata olives (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge before eating
  • Enjoy
