Mashed Sweet Potatoes

3 ingredient mashed sweet potatoes, healthy spin on mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place potatoes in the oven until tender, about 45 minutes.
  • Place potatoes (with the skin) and seasonings in blender.
  • Mix until your preferred consistency (ie: if you like smooth mashed potatoes bend longer).
