Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Try this sweet treat loaded with protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 2 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder (About 25 grams of protein per scoop)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Blend: Cottage cheese, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup and Vanilla Extract together
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Divide into four servings of 90g each (little mason jars)
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy
