Roasted Broccoli

Try roasting broccoli instead of steaming, cook in 20 minutes!

  • 1 large head Broccoli about 5 cups chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Wash and chop broccoli
  • Mix in olive oil
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Line baking sheet with aluminum foil
  • Bake for 20 minutes
