Seasoned Brussels Sprouts

Easy and tasty brussels sprouts recipe!

  • 2 cup brussels sprouts (cleaned and cut in half)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil spray bottle


  • In a gallon ziplock bag, combine brussels sprouts, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and pepper. SHAKE to mix all ingredients evenly.
  • How To Cook In Air Fryer: Place brussel sprouts in air fryer and cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.
  • How To Cook In Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brussels sprouts on sheet pan and oast for 35-40 minutes, until crispy.
  • Remove from ove or air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
