Meatloaf Muffins

The best part of this recipe, they are great reheated and one of our favorites for meal prepping.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
  • 1 lb 90% fat free ground turkey or ground sirloin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 1/4 oz Low-sodium McCormick Meatloaf Mix 1 packet
  • 1/3 cup Veggies (Celery, peppers, onions - chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Panko
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh basil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Evenly proportion into muffin pan (makes 10-12) and bake for 18-22 minutes
  • Enjoy!
