This recipes is brought to you by Allison Stroich, Nutrition Coach- Lindsay McDonald and CrossFit Kinetics! Allison won the 28 Day Challenge at CrossFit Kinetics in 2017! She modified the recipe and used quinoa instead of brown rice! This recipe is a great staple and could be easily modified based on all the delicious veggies you want to add! Congrats Allison!

Lindsay is also a mentor for our consulting program! She has helped over 75 affiliates implement nutrition around the world and has rock the nutrition program in Nova Scotia for over a year. Through running the nutrition program at CrossFit Kinetics, Lindsay has helped hundreds of people improve their health and performance through proper nutrition.

“At CrossFit Kinetics, our focus is on community. The word CrossFit gets people in the door, but it’s our members that make people stay. We are incredibly social and spend just as much time together outside of class as we do in class. Nutrition goes hand in hand with that concept as we are mindful to take care of not only our members’ fitness, but their overall wellness.”- Lindsay McDonald
