Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 4 tbsp Almond butter
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Dry roasted cocoa nibs
  • 3 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder (About 25 grams of protein per scoop)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • If too dry, add a small drop of water to moisten
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
  • Remove and make into 12 balls
