Tahini Power Sauce
If you like the HSN Buddha Bowl, you need to try topping it with the Tahini Power Sauce!
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 drizzle sesame oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1-2 tbsp hot water for thinning out sauce to desired consistency
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add hot water as needed to thin sauce out to desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Note: This sauce pairs well with vegetables, brown rice, and tempeh or tofu. Try it on top of the Buddha Bowl recipe.
