  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen shrimp peeled and no Tail
  • 60 g Yellow pepper (1/2 medium)
  • 60 g Red pepper (1/2 medium)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 55 g Onion (1/2 medium)
  • 2 tsp Olive oil (8 sprays)
  • 1 3/4 tbsp Fajita mix
  • 4 oz Mushrooms (1/2 container)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until well coated
  • Place the air fryer liner in the air fryer
  • Place all ingredients in the air fryer
  • Cook at 400 for 12 minutes (mix about halfway through)
