Breakfast Banana Split

This easy and delicious recipe is great as a meal or snack. Get creative with adding healthy toppings of your preference!

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp low-sugar granola


  • Peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese on top of the banana
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of berries on the cottage cheese covered banana
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter of choice
  • Crumble 1 tbsp of granola on to and enjoy!
