  • 3 cups kale
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil
  • Spread 3 cups kale on baking sheet
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes
