  • 8 oz Unsweetened almond milk
  • 118 g Banana (1 medium)
  • 1 cup Frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Chocolate whey protein powder (About 25 grams of protein)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  • Drink as a smoothie or place equally into 6 popsicle molds
