Tahini Power Sauce

If you like the HSN Buddha Bowl, you need to try topping it with the Tahini Power Sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 6 g Garlic (2 garlic cloves)
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Hot water (For thinning out sauce to desired consistency)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth
  • Add hot water as needed to thin sauce out to desired consistency
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge
