This smoothie will bring you back to those Strawberry Shortcake ice cream popsicles that you may have enjoyed as a kid.

  • 8 oz Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Raw cashews
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon zest (Optional)
  • 1 scoop Strawberry whey protein powder (About 25 grams of protein)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
