Individual coaching memberships are an initial 90-day commitment, then move to month-to-month memberships are based on a 4-week recurring billing cycle.
30-Day Cancellation Policy For Membership: To cancel or terminate any membership, you must provide 30 days’ written notice. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met. You may email your cancellation to info@healthystepsnutrition.com.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy For Individual Coaching Appointments: Failure to cancel session prior to 24 hours will constitute as a missed session. There is a $100 fee to reschedule a session.
Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file to be used for membership dues, retail purchases or default billing. If your card is declined, there will be a $15 penalty fee.
No Refunds: Once registration has been submitted or payment has been received, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
Promptness: It is important to arrive on time for a scheduled appointment. The client should understand that the dietitian might have another appointment immediately following his/her session, and therefore tardiness may result in the normal length of the session being reduced.
SMS Terms:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
