This week is designed for beginners and people looking to give functional fitness a try. Whether you've been exercising for a long time or you are looking to get back into a routine, we'd love for you to join us for as many classes as you'd like between January 11-17, 2025. Classes are limited to 12 peoples so you receive personalized attention from expert fitness coaches.
Class Times:
Monday- Friday: 6 AM, 8 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM
