What To Expect During Healthcare Appreciation Week

Join As Many Classes As You'd Like For FREE

This week is designed for beginners and people looking to give functional fitness a try. Whether you've been exercising for a long time or you are looking to get back into a routine, we'd love for you to join us for as many classes as you'd like between February 17-21, 2025.
There will be a special class on Friday, February 21st at 5 PM led by Neurologist and CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, Dr. Dinesh Raju. Happy hour to follow.

Attend The Building Bridges Summit For Healthcare Professionals & Gym Owners

Healthcare Appreciation Week will end with a summit from 9:30 AM to Noon, lunch provided.
By attending this summit you will earn two CMEs.
