The Healthy Steps Nutrition program is currently implemented at hundreds of gyms and nutrition practices worldwide. Through Healthy Steps Nutrition, Nicole has helped over 30,000 people around the world take control of their health through her simple habit-based approach and individualized support from nutrition coaches.

Owner, Healthy Steps Nutrition

Jason Aucoin is not only the owner of Healthy Steps Nutrition and HSN CrossFit, he is also a CrossFit Coach and a Nutrition Coach. He is a licensed paramedic and has competed in the World Police and Firefighter Games. Jason is extremely passionate about motivating his clients to be the best versions of themselves.

Ashley Osterman

Head Nutrition Coach

Ashley Osterman is the Head Nutrition Coach at Healthy Steps Nutrition. She is our resident nutrition expert and education development specialist. Ashley has worked in the dietetics and nutrition field for over ten years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to both training and educating nutrition coaches. Her areas of expertise include pediatric nutrition, special dietary needs, intuitive eating, and specialized nutrition education.

Fred Morosini

CrossFit Coach

Fred Morosini is a CrossFit Coach at Healthy Steps Nutrition. He is truly passionate about CrossFit and the biggest reward to him is the results you obtain each and every day. Fred is constantly searching for new ways to help support you with reaching your fitness goals. He believes that fitness is not about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you used to be.

Sammy Wroblewski is a Nutrition Coach and Crossfit Coach at Healthy Steps Nutrition. She has experienced success first hand using the HSN methodology. Sammy knows that for most athletes the missing piece of the puzzle is nutrition, and this is why they might experience a plateau. She helps athletes dial in their nutrition and skyrocket their performance.

Cole Timonere is a CrossFit Coach at Healthy Steps Nutrition. He began coaching in 2015, and by 2016 he was programming for multiple gyms. Cole has an intense passion to help others reach their fitness goals, and he believes that while we all may have different short term goals, the long term goal is always the same – to get fit and do better than we did yesterday.

Amanda Haar is the Lead Dietitian Nutrition Coach at Healthy Steps Nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian and has been working in the nutrition world for over ten years. Amanda knows that families want some easy when it comes to eating healthy. She finds that the biggest struggle is inconsistency and that’s because families try to take on too much at one time. Amanda will work with you and your family to make a simple plan to make healthy eating a way of life.
