Quinoa Blueberry Pancakes
Try this healthy, sweet pancake recipe!

Ingredients

cups
cooked quinoa
2
tsp.
grape seed oil
can use other oil if you do not have grape seed oil
1
cup
almond milk
4
eggs
1
tbs.
honey
1.5
cup
blueberries
1
tsp.
salt
3
tsp.
baking powder

Instructions
In a blender, mix milk, eggs, honey, quinoa and oil together
Once smooth add salt and baking powder then blend for a few seconds
Preheat griddle and spray with cooking spray
Pour ¼ cup batter on the griddle
Sprinkle blueberries over the batter and cook
Once there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side
Pancakes are done when golden brown
