“When I first began training at CrossFit LPF earlier this year, I found that I was maintaining my weight more than actually losing. I thought I was eating all the right foods, but clearly I was doing something wrong. That’s when I decided to work with Healthy Steps Nutrition and follow a structured meal plan. I learned the importance of balanced meal plans, portion control, the timing of meals and choosing healthier options. In less than a month, I started to see the pounds and inches melt off!
