Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Try this sweet treat loaded with protein!

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 scoops Ascent Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp  Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


  • Blend: Cottage cheese, almond flour, protein powder and maple syrup together.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Divide into four servings of 90g each (little mason jars).
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
