How to make intentional decisions that lead you to the life you want

You need to have a a clear vision for your life.
There’s a lot of times in the moment where things seem good. But is it still good, long term? Is it really taking you towards the vision you have set for your life? Is it really taking you towards that picture?
It’s important to have both business goals and personal goals.
If you can have a vision for your life personally, it spills over into every aspect of our life.

Finding a tribe of people to help support you

You have to find someone specifically to what you want to work on with your vision.
Ask yourself these questions:
  • What aspect of your life do you want help with?
  • Who is further along in their life in that aspect?
  • Who’s just a positive person that you want to be around?

What accountability means to Shayla

Having an accountability partner is a key piece to the puzzle.
Think about those five people that you spend the most time with, are they supporting or inhibiting you from reaching your goals?
For Shayla, she is going to reach out to that person that she asked to hold her accountable before they ever have to reach out to her.
