Do This ONE Thing To Make 2022 Your Best Year Ever

Your life is the sum of daily actions and intentional decisions. In order to make 2022 your best year ever, you need to know where you are headed and what success looks like to you! 

What are the top three areas you want to improve in your life (professionally, family, friends, spiritually, lifestyle, health, finances)? 

Have you ever set a goal for yourself? Did you achieve it? According to research, the best way to achieve is goal is to make it specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-sensitive.
Have you ever set a goal that was all of those things but you still weren’t able to accomplish it? Why? 
The top reasons why people don’t achieve their goals is that they forget about them or they don’t have the support they need to achieve them.
Hint: It’s OK to ask for help! 
Since starting Healthy Steps Nutrition in 2012, I’ve hired a number of mentors and people who were ahead of me to help me get to where I needed to go. Many of these leaders had me do some sort of success planning and visualization exercises.
If I’m honest, it was uncomfortable at first but then I started achieving the things I wrote down. I started looking forward to the annual planning process and creating stretch goals for myself and the company. 
One of my mentors, Micheal Hyatt, worked with me to implement the Big 3; three big initiatives we focus on each year with the business.
