HSN Is Officially Open For In-Person Business

After being closed for ten weeks, we are allowed to open up CrossFit HSN for business again and we could not be more excited!!

While being closed, HSN HQ had a makeover! The gym has fresh paint, some new equipment and a new layout. It looks incredible! Coach Jason and Coach Luan did a great job!

When we re-open, there are a few adjustments to ensure the safety of all our HSN members.

✅ We have a reservation system — You must reserve classes via PushPress app {classes are capped at 10 people}⁣.

✅ You can register for classes up until one week out and one hour before the class. If the class is full, there is a waitlist. Please be respectful and cancel if you can not make it so that someone else can join the class if there is a waitlist.

✅ The gym is marked with tape to ensure social distancing⁣. Every person will have their own area to workout it.

✅ You will find a cleaning caddy in every square for you to clean your area⁣.

✅ Coaches are cleaning common areas and bathrooms between classes⁣.

✅ You must wash your hands upon arrival and before leaving.

✅ No sharing barbells or equipment. Please warm-up and use your equipment for the entire class. At the end of class, you will find a bleach solution to wipe down all of your equipment before leaving.

✅ All equipment is bleached at the end of every night, including the floors. The floors are also cleaned 3x per week.

✅ Professional cleaners are cleaning the gym weekly.

Don’t worry; we will go through everything in-person to make sure everyone feels comfortable as they get back into the gym.

We are so proud of all of our members for staying consistent with their nutrition during this time.

We are so proud of Paul, who lost 26 pounds over the last ten weeks during the quarantine. He used this time as an opportunity to dial in his nutrition. WAY TO GO, PAUL!!!

It has been a season of adapting and learning to be ok with not being in control of everything.

While the virtual support was nice, we love the community and are so excited to see everyone in-person.

In this season, we created a Stay Healthy Broward & Palm Beach Facebook Group, where we posted nutrition tips, home workouts, and more in there daily! They loved it. We are still proving FREE help in the group, you can join >>HERE.

We are hosting two FREE events for the community over the next five days.
