Bethany Ream is the co-owner with her husband of CrossFit Wooster, a Nutrition Coach, CF-L1 Trainer, and a mother of 2. At CrossFit Wooster, Bethany enables people to discover the best version of themselves through nutrition coaching and fitness.
With a background in supporting college students and young adults, Bethany has a history of mentoring and developing individuals through stressful and trying seasons of life. Along with utilizing her own experience of losing 50 lbs since March 2022, Bethany helps others achieve and sustain their health goals through practical, healthy habits and accountability.
Struggling with weight and health issues, she realized the importance of having a nutrition program and enlisted the help of a nutrition coach. With their support, she was able to identify her identity-based habits and finally reach her goals of becoming a healthier and more confident person. Through this journey she learned the importance of being kind to herself and the power of consistency over intensity. She now shares her story and lessons with her members, inspiring them to believe in their ability to become the best version of themselves.
